App

An addition to the functionality of the Dreamcatcher that can be installed as required. Apps do not override the underlying functionality of the Dreamcatcher. For example they can provide Workflows, ProjectAlgos and Reputation, but cannot change Dreamcatcher functions such as Pull Requests.

Apps are installed at the Project level and only apply to that level.
